All prices are in Canadian Dollars. You can pay in any currency, and the amount will be converted to Canadian Dollars at the time of transaction.

How to place an order

Browse our Products Catalog and choose the product you’d like to purchase. Enter the quantity you need in “Quantity” field (default quantity is 1) and click “Add to Cart” button. The item will be added to your cart. You will see the quantity and amount of your order in “Shopping cart” block on the right side of the screen. Continue shopping and add as many items to your shopping cart as you need. At any time during your shopping you can click "View Cart" link at the top right corner of the screen to see the items you've already added to your shopping cart and to estimate shipping cost. When you are ready to check out, follow the "Checkout" link. On secure checkout page you should enter your shipping and billing address, choose the shipping option that better suits your needs, enter your credit card information and click "Review Order". Once you make sure all information is correct click "Confirm Order" button. Please, make sure that the billing address you entered on checkout page is the same as the address you provided to your credit card company.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Every transaction is secured by VeriSign security certificate. We do our best to make your experience at our store safe and pleasant.

Your financial information is NOT stored on our server and can NOT become available to our staff or our website users.

Taxes
Our business is registered in Ontario, Canada, and thus we are responsible for collecting HST and GST on orders shipped to locations in Canada.

As electronic patterns are not shipped to a physical address but downloaded online, the tax is calculated based on place of sale (Ontario) and we charge HST 13% on all orders made by Canadians.

We do not collect any non-Canadian taxes.

It’s you responsibility to pay all tariffs and customs duties, if any, in your country.

Shipping

For our customers we offer fast and convenient Canada Post and UPS shipping services. Please, choose the rate you need at checkout. Note, that the cheapest Canada Post rate does not provide tracking number for parcels shipped to any location outside Canada.

We do not charge any extra handling fees.

Delivery time depends on the service you choose and varies between 1-15 business days. Please, note that remote areas may experience a longer delivery time.

Orders received by noon will be shipped same business day. Orders received after noon will be shipped next business day. Sorry, we don’t ship orders on weekends and public holidays.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased at our website, you can return it in original packing within 60 days from the date of purchase for a product exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
